Refund & Return Policy
TNR SOFT has simple refund policy. The refund will be processed as follows–
- 1. Refund will be made on the next working days after service cancellation by the subscriber within 7 working days.
- 2. Bank or Payment Gateway charge may be deducted subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Bank or Payment Gateway.
- 3. Once installation is done, installation fee will be deducted from refund amount.
- 4. The customer may also get back the extra subscription fee stored in his/her account if applicable.
